By accessing or using BiteSafe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BiteSafe is provided by BiteSafe Inc., a Delaware corporation.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: BiteSafe is a food tracking and informational tool only. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your diabetes management. Do not make medical decisions based solely on BiteSafe's output.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. Early access pricing is offered at our discretion and may change. We will notify waitlist members via email before the Service launches.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate other users or healthcare providers
• Upload false or misleading health information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, trademarks, and technology within BiteSafe are owned by BiteSafe Inc. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteSafe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
